Customer visit

Yesterday we visited a customer of ours who produces tyres. It was a little bit like "die Sendung mit der Maus" - we could actually see how a tyre is produced from the raw materials to the loading on the trucks in the end.
It was very fascinating and I will treat my tyres now with more respect.
Beisdes this we got some valuable input on how our customers business processes look like and how they work with the system. Unfortunately the meeting with the customer involved a five hour ride - 1 way - on a non a/c car. It took us 2.5 hours to collect the colleagues within Bangalore and another 2.5 hour drive. This morning my family dropped me of in the office before heading on into some museum within Bangalore. Cara and Luca are sitting usually in the third row - our cars is a 7 seater - so that is the picture you see
