Palm Meadows - Susanne and Georg
Palm Meadows is a an exclusive housing area. It consists of a central club house with hotel, a very nice pool area, and sports facilities like tennis and squash courts, gym etc attached. The club house is surrounded by maybe 100 individual villas, which are mostly rented to expats or Indian returning from the US. 
Most of SAPs expat community lives there as well. When I am on my own in Bangalore on a business trip I am usually staying at the club house hotel. Palm meadows is conviently located about 10 minutes away from SAPs offices. Netsi and the Kids spent almost every afternoon at the pool side.
The complex looks a little bit like south California, with the palm tress and the style of houses. On Sunday afternoon we visited Susanne and Georg, which surprised us with a real German apple-pie quite a treat after 7 weeks without any cakes.
